Assassin's Creed Codename Jade is a free-to-play adventure game developed by Ubisoft featuring the classic Assassin's Creed gaming experience but with touch controls. The game is set in China in the year 215 BCE during the Qin Dynasty, which also includes sightings of the Great Wall of China. Other locales, including Fushi City, Redwoods, Didao Ridge, Gaonu, Gaonu Terrace, and Yangzhou City are also present in the game.

Being an open-world game, Assassin's Creed Codename Jade gives you the freedom to explore the area and create your own assassin, something that isn't present in the previous iterations of the game.

A well-loved classic

Assassin's Creed Codename Jade shares some semblances with its other titles, such as Origins, Odyssey, and Valhalla, making sure avid fans can enjoy everything they loved about the game series. With it being an RPG, you have the complete liberty to customize how your in-game assassin looks, including the ability to choose their gender. However, this ability means you can't play as characters like Connor Kenway, Ezio Auditore, and others.

For one, the game features performance-intensive graphics, which means devices with low to mid-range specs could struggle during gameplay, causing the device to heat up and deplete the battery faster than usual. For the non-technical disadvantage, the customization feature also means you cannot play as Assassin's Creed characters.
